| ISTA Purpose: | ||
|
Idaho State Trackers is a nonprofit (501c3) organization whose members voluntarily join together to assist all organizations involved in search and rescue operations and assist law enforcement agencies, when requested, in their efforts to find or apprehend individuals. The primary response is for search and rescue efforts. ISTA members use the step-by-step tracking method to follow sign and evidence of human passage. |

| Currently ISTA members live in Bonner, Idaho, Kootenai, Latah, Lewis, Nez Perce and Shoshone counties in Idaho and in Asotin and Whitman counties in Washington. | ||
